The prices are indicated per person, per day (full occupancy). During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.

In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.

All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels, WI-FI connection, ski and bike room with a ski boot dryer.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 0.50 per person (over 12 years old) per day.

Additional services:
Washing machine (5 Euro per wash), free bread service.

Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):

• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay;
• 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay;

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 4 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9 a.m.

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

Pets:
Have understanding if we don't accept pets.

No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.

Visits:
Visits by people who do not stay at Cesa Raggio di Sole Apartments are not allowed.
